Research direction
Build wasm-interp in debug mode and run the reported command with the attached poc.wasm under --enable-memory64. Start at the wasm-interp handling of table.fill and trace how the table64 index is processed; done means the destination range triggers the expected out-of-bounds trap instead of returning i32:1.
