Description

As title.

Windows zip archive only contains .exe files.

There's no library for us to link third party wasm-c-api apps against.

Research direction

Start by inspecting how the Windows precompiled distribution is assembled and compare the 1.0.15 archive contents with the libraries produced for the wasm-c-api. Verify the resulting archive provides libraries that third-party wasm-c-api applications can link against; done when the precompiled distributions ship those libraries alongside the executables.
