Description
At least Gecko and WebKit support serializing & deserializing WebAssembly.Memory objects. Yet https://webassembly.github.io/spec/web-api/#serialization only covers WebAssembly.Module.
I also couldn't find test coverage for this on WPT.

Research direction
Start with the Web API serialization section linked in the issue and compare its treatment of WebAssembly.Module with browser behavior for WebAssembly.Memory. Check the Web Platform Tests coverage, then define the missing serialization behavior and add tests that cover structured cloning and deserialization.
