Description
Currently the incoming-request-{authority, path, scheme, etc} family of methods currently do not have a way to indicate that an error occurred when fetching the value (e.g. if the request id is unknown)

Research direction
Start by locating the incoming-request-{authority, path, scheme, etc.} methods and reviewing how their values are currently fetched. Determine the Result shape and error behavior for an unknown request ID, then update the relevant interface and tests; done means every method in this family can report a fetch error consistently.
