Description

While there is a method for handling web requests, there's no explicit method for starting a web server.

I don't know if we want to make this part of the interface, or we want to assume that there is a configured server that wraps this WASI module, but it seemed worth mentioning/asking.

Research direction

Start by locating the existing method for handling web requests and the interface for the WASI module; the issue names no files or tests. Read the surrounding interface documentation and determine whether server startup belongs in WASI or in an external configured server. Done requires a documented decision about the interface, not just an implementation.
