Description
Hello there , Hey I was just wondering ,
Is it still possible for a feature , of one or the other , to build further API's on
for Per-process - OR - per-thread clocks ?
- I just like using nice timing functions for stuff , and I was curious , Thank you !

Research direction
Start by reviewing the existing discussion on issue #690 and the WASI clock APIs related to process and thread timing. The issue names no files, tests, or entry points, so first determine whether either clock type fits the current API model. Done would require a clearly scoped proposal for the requested feature.
