Description
There are some proposals which are currently being championed outside of this repo:
-[ ] wasi-nn
-[ ] wasi-crypto
-[ ] wasi-http-proxy
Once we've modularized this repo, these repos will need to be updated to take into account the new repo structure, as described in #360.

Research direction
Read issue #360 first to understand the planned modularization and new repository structure. Then inspect the wasi-nn, wasi-crypto, and wasi-http-proxy repositories for references that depend on the current layout. Done means all three external repositories have been updated to work with the modularized structure.
