Description
This is driving me mad.
When I change anything using Wayfire Config Manager, all the settings from all the plugins and options are dumped to the config file.
It would be great if you wrote only the ones actually modified/changed by the user.

Research direction
The issue names Wayfire Config Manager but no files, tests, or entry points. Locate the config manager's write and serialization path, then inspect how user changes are tracked versus default or untouched values. Done means saving writes only values modified by the user, with existing configuration behavior covered by tests.
