Description

As a developer, I may not want to display the install button again after the installation has completed. So, an installed event would be helpful, allowing me to store a hint in a cookie/local storage, so I don't show the button again (similar to the appinstalled event).

Research direction

No repository files, tests, or entry points are named. Review the install-element event design and compare the proposed event with the linked appinstalled event; done means the element exposes a documented installed event that fires after installation completes and supports the stated use case.
