Description
If it is possible to read mount_points from singular-compose, issue a warning if a mount point is mounted but not in mount_points at run time.
This is an issue for singularity 2.6.x on non-overlayfs filesystems, and it would be good if we had a way to catch this type of potential issues.

Research direction
Start by locating how singular-compose provides mount_points and where runtime mount points are handled. Trace the Singularity execution path and determine whether undeclared mounts can be compared with mount_points; done means a warning is emitted for such mounts, especially on Singularity 2.6.x non-overlayfs filesystems.
