Describe the bug
When using both barMinHeight and stackCornerRadius properties in VChart, there is a conflict (e.g., the corner radius is not applied correctly or the minimum height is not respected).

Expected behavior
Both properties should function together without conflict.
Actual behavior
A conflict occurs between the two properties, leading to unexpected rendering.
