Experimental tier. Under the open-standard strategy (epic #51), Cursor reads .agents/skills/, so once the repo is published to skills.sh (#50) the skills work in Cursor for free — no dedicated .cursor-plugin/ manifest, MCP wiring, or CI. No guaranteed support or hook parity; this rides the open standard as a free consumer. Supersedes the per-harness manifest approach in PR #82.
