Unknown flag 0x8 in struct type attribute

Description
Structs have a 0x8 value in the type attribute.
Possibly related to the alignment value, seems to happen on types with packed att, but not always.
The unaligned att and 0x8 seems to indicate attribute__((packed)).
The cppobj seems [citation needed] to always include the 0x8;
The vftable seems [citation needed] to always include the 0x8;
