Description
The go to next/prev memory access or register write are so often used that we should make it always available. Like the context menu on prev/next dialog should probably be always shown somwhere in the UI, maybe underneath the control buttons? if so, they should be hidden when it is not TTD, though

Research direction
Start by locating the existing previous/next memory-access and register-write controls, including the context menu and navigation dialog, in the debugger UI. Determine where a persistent widget fits and verify that it is visible for TTD and hidden otherwise; done means both navigation actions are always accessible in TTD.
