Description

Version and Platform (required):

  • Binary Ninja Version: 5.3.8625-dev Ultimate, 5458880c
  • OS: macos
  • OS Version: 15.7
  • CPU Architecture: arm64

Bug Description:
I made an enum and changed an immediate value to the enum. Now I want to make a screenshot and I cannot get the display to go back to unsigned hex even temporarily. Binja ignores the right click menu selection.

Steps To Reproduce:

  1. Open this database: opal line joins creatively
  2. Navigate to 0x18001bba1
  3. Select the "NTDLL" with the mouse
  4. Right click -> Display as -> Unsigned Hexadecimal
  5. Notice that it doesn't change

Expected Behavior:
enum changes display to unsigned hex

Research direction

No source file or test is named in the report. Reproduce with the database "opal line joins creatively" at 0x18001bba1, select "NTDLL," and use Display as → Unsigned Hexadecimal; done means the enum value changes to unsigned hex.
