Run matcher button in Warp UI does not go back to the idle state PT. 2

Bug Description:
I clicked the green "Run signature matcher" button in the WARP widget. It changed to a red box but nothing appears to have happened. It is now stuck red. If I click the red stop button nothing happens.

Steps To Reproduce:

1. Open a database from this file: "cascading blaze changes sensibly"
2. Load this signature file: "joy galaxy returns validly"
3. Click green button
4. Notice nothing happens
5. Try to click red button
6. Notice nothing happens and button remains red.

Expected Behavior:
Run button runs matcher, and stop button stops.
