Description

What is the feature you'd like to have?
@Martyx00 has already implemented lifting of the SPE (Signal Processing Engine) subset of PowerPC-VLE instructions in this plugin. It should be easy to integrate that lifting directly into arch/powerpc/il.cpp, now that we have full support for disassembling those instructions.

@fuzyll requested this in response to an enterprise customer question, I believe.

Research direction

Start by comparing the SPE lifting implementation in the linked PowerPC-VLE-Extension plugin with arch/powerpc/il.cpp. Confirm how the existing PowerPC-VLE instructions are lifted, then integrate the SPE instruction handling so the supported SPE subset is lifted directly in the API; completion means those instructions no longer require the plugin.
