  1. Save a warp file with function comments
  2. Open file again and load warp file
  3. Update analysis of any function with those comments

We really need a way to have "auto" comments that are temporary and also do not cause undo actions, but in the meantime we should probably add a thing in WARPs workflow activity to only create comments if the function has not already created them, atleast then it only happens once, the downside is function overriding will ignore new comments, but that is pretty rare.
