Duplicate icon in dock while pinning the icon

Version and Platform (required):

• Binary Ninja Version: [e.g. 5.1.7512-test] (if version is stable, please also test the latest development build via the "Update Channel" option)
• Edition: Ultimate
• OS: MacOS
• OS Version: 15.4.1
• CPU Architecture: M4

Bug Description:
When restarting Binary Ninja using the "Restart Binary Ninja and Reopen Files" command, a duplicate dock icon appears.

Steps To Reproduce:
Please provide all steps required to reproduce the behavior:

1. Pin the Binary Ninja icon to the dock
2. Use the command palette to select "Restart Binary Ninja and Reopen Files"
3. A duplicate Binary Ninja icon appears in the dock

Expected Behavior:
When using the "Restart Binary Ninja and Reopen Files" command, Binary Ninja should reopen without creating a duplicate dock icon like the "Restart Binary Ninja" command.

1. Without pinning, there are no issue.
2. With pinning, a duplicate icon appears in the dock.

Additional Information:
This issue was discovered during training session with Kyle.

Start by reproducing the issue on macOS 15.4.1 with Binary Ninja pinned to the dock, then compare “Restart Binary Ninja and Reopen Files” with “Restart Binary Ninja.” Trace the restart command's application relaunch behavior and verify that reopening files leaves only the pinned dock icon.
