Description

Bug Description:
When restarting Binary Ninja using the "Restart Binary Ninja and Reopen Files" command, a duplicate dock icon appears.
Steps To Reproduce:
Please provide all steps required to reproduce the behavior:
- Pin the Binary Ninja icon to the dock
- Use the command palette to select "Restart Binary Ninja and Reopen Files"
- A duplicate Binary Ninja icon appears in the dock
Expected Behavior:
When using the "Restart Binary Ninja and Reopen Files" command, Binary Ninja should reopen without creating a duplicate dock icon like the "Restart Binary Ninja" command.

- Without pinning, there are no issue.
- With pinning, a duplicate icon appears in the dock.
