Bug Description:
When a tag is placed on an address in data, the tag is not shown even though it is there.

Steps To Reproduce:

Open any executable
Make a tag on a data location.
Notice that the tag exists, but can't be seen in the linear disassembly view.

Expected Behavior:
Tag is shown at the location.
