Research direction

Start by reproducing bv.get_tags() and bv.get_tags_at() in the Binary Ninja console using a binary that contains the auto-generated "unresolved indirect control flow" tags. Trace the public API behavior and tag generation path, then verify that both calls return the expected tags rather than empty lists.
