Description
If we hover over a variable, the pop up window shows its info (e.g., storage location, stack offset, etc). However, this does not work if we hover over a parameter in the function header. This is particularly useful since we often times wish to see which register is the parameter coming from when we start to work with the function.
Right now, we can see it shows something that is not useful:

Research direction
Reproduce the hover behavior on a variable and on a parameter in a function header, then trace how each hover target is resolved. The issue is complete when hovering over a function-header parameter shows its variable information, including storage location, register or stack offset, instead of the current unhelpful popup.
