Description

What is the feature you'd like to have?
Two new functions for lifting, set_bit and clear_bit, similar to the test_bit function.

Is your feature request related to a problem?
Not really, it's just that set_bit(r1, 0x8) is faster to grok than e.g. r1 = r1 & not(1 << 0x8), and it also simplifies lifting

Are any alternative solutions acceptable?
None that I have thought of

Research direction

Start with the existing test_bit IL function; the issue does not name a file or test, so trace its implementation and coverage first. Done means adding lifting support for set_bit and clear_bit with behavior consistent with the requested bit operations.
