Description
Some APIs such as registering architectures or binary views are intended to only be used in a plugin during the core's initialization. Using them outside of that context can cause undefined behavior including crashes.
BN should either add an error or warning to those APIs or in some other way more actively discourage using them in other contexts.

Research direction
Start by locating the APIs for registering architectures and binary views, then compare their behavior during plugin initialization with use from the script console or snippets. Done means unsupported contexts actively prevent or clearly warn about these calls without affecting valid initialization use.
