Description
I'd like to be able to highlight byte ranges in hex view and color them with the standard theme colors like I can with instructions and basic blocks.

Research direction
No file or test is named. Start by locating the existing instruction and basic-block highlighting APIs and the hex view entry point, then determine how byte ranges and standard theme colors are represented. Done means hex view byte ranges can be highlighted using the same standard theme colors available for instructions and basic blocks.
