X-Plane 12 aircraft and plugins compiled with libcurl.4.8.0.so dont work

Please describe your issue in as much detail as possible:

I play X-Plane 12 with a plugin,or aircraft compiled for libcurl.4.8.0 and load in a flight then see the plugin doesnt show up in the plugins tab or the aircraft isnt working properly, i check the log and i see smth like this:"dlerror:/mnt/HDDLinux/SteamLibrary/steamapps/common/SteamLinuxRuntime/var/steam-runtime/pinned_libs_64/libcurl.so.4: version `CURL_OPENSSL_4' not found (required by /home/HondaMan/.local/share/Steam/steamapps/common/X-Plane 12/Aircraft/2/Cirrus SR22 REP/plugins/REP/64/lin.xpl)"

Steps for reproducing this issue:

1.Load in X-Plane 12 with the plugin,or aircraft installed.
2.Load in a flight with the aircraft if there is.
3.Observe.

Start with the reported dlerror for the pinned libcurl.so.4 and compare it with the SteamLinuxRuntime, soldier, sniper, and 4 VERSIONS.txt files listed in the report. Reproduce with X-Plane 12 and the cited REP plugin, then verify that the CURL_OPENSSL_4 error is gone and the plugin or aircraft loads correctly.
