'Fixed some crashes relating to singleplayer TF2 SDK mods'

We have yet to receive these on the SDK. This means the only TF2 SDK mod that can handle singleplayer is just Team Fortress 2.
I have waited a couple weeks just in case there was internal delays but it looks like if these internal delays continue any longer it'd only just get forgotten. This seems like a pretty simple job so I'm surprised it has taken this long.

Research direction

Start by comparing the engine changes mentioned in the issue with the SDK sources and identify which singleplayer TF2 crash fixes are missing. Confirm the expected SDK behavior using the available SDK mod context; done means the relevant changes are present and singleplayer SDK mods can handle the reported cases.
