Description

Please describe your issue in as much detail as possible:
When i enable HDR on 3840x2160 120Hz the colors are whased out. The TV reports a HDR image. Same resolution at 60Hz works fine with HDR, 1440p and 1080p also work fine at 120Hz and HDR
Steps for reproducing this issue:
- Enable 3840x2160 120Hz Monitor resolution
- Enable HDR
- Observe the washedout colors and low contrast.

Research direction
Start by reproducing the issue on the reported RX7600 setup using 3840x2160 at 120Hz with HDR enabled, then compare it with 60Hz HDR and 1440p or 1080p at 120Hz. Done means HDR at 4K 120Hz no longer produces washed-out colors or low contrast while the TV still reports an HDR image.
