Description
The main issue I've been facing is that after being done with the download and resetting the computer, the actual SteamOS does not boot. It gets passed the motherboard boot up screen only for it to cut to black. No cursor, no other OS boot up signs, no set up indicators, just a black screen. I don't really know why this keeps happening, I've let it sit there for over an hour I've rebooted it multiple times, I even did another wipe and install. I tried the repair option after an install as well and have been met with the same black screen. If anyone knows what could be going on, I'd be very thankful if you helped.
Motherboard: B55-A Pro (Ms-7C56)
CPU: AMD Ryzen 5 5600X 6-core processor
Safeboot is turned off in the Bios
edit: I let it sit overnight, nothing has changed. A bit of extra info though: the temporary SteamOS downloader I saved on the flashdrive was quite laggy when I booted it up to start the install process. If that's not normal then that could be a sign I did something wrong.

Research direction
Start with the reported path: boot the USB downloader, complete a fresh install, reset the computer, and try the repair option on the listed B55-A Pro system. Reproduce the black screen and collect the installer or boot details available; done would require a confirmed cause and a clearly documented recovery or reproducible bug report.
