Description
After installing version 3.9, I occasionally encounter an issue where I cannot adjust the performance profile for games and have to reboot. Some other annoying bugs, such as unbalanced and weakened haptics on both sides, have existed for a long time and still haven't been fixed. The Bluetooth icon in the quick settings sometimes disappears, and rebooting the device frequently results in a black screen. Strangely enough, the FSR feature suffers from some ghosting artifacts, I am not kidding, though honestly, I am not sure if the culprit is FSR or some new feature in version 3.9 that causes ghosting in my games from time to time. I completely uninstalled all third-party software before installing the Beta, so this is not caused by any third-party software conflicts.

Research direction
The report names no files, tests, or entry points and combines several symptoms: performance-profile controls, haptics, the Bluetooth quick-settings icon, reboot black screens, and possible FSR ghosting. Start by reproducing each symptom on a clean SteamOS 3.9 Beta installation and separate them into independently testable reports; done requires identifying a reproducible cause and confirming each affected behavior is fixed.
