Please describe your issue in as much detail as possible:
I have installed SteamOS, very easy, however while everything works, as soon as I lock the screen, the Wifi dies and never comes back unless I reboot.
I have enabled/disabled Wifi Management and WPA Supplement but nothing works. I can't find any official documentation on this specific issue.
Steps for reproducing this issue:
- Upon boot, wifi connects, i can download games.
- Push power button to lock screen, then unlock.
- Wifi is now gone, no way to re-connect manually or automatically
- Only fix is to reboot, but one the screen locks its gone again

Research direction
Reproduce the failure on an MSI Claw A1M running SteamOS 3.8.16 using the listed lock and unlock steps, then inspect the Wi-Fi behavior before and after the screen locks. Done means Wi-Fi remains available or reconnects after unlocking without requiring a reboot.
