SteamOS not Installing from USB - Bootloop - Recorded Failures

• Storage is an NVME from SK Hynix
• GPU: Sapphire 5700XT

Please describe your issue in as much detail as possible:

The Installer seems to run into some issue.
Which looks like something went wrong. Stays on CLI the whole time and no GUI loads.
I know the hardware is fine since I test various others distros on it.
I checked the USB (used a different one too), flashing with Balena or the provided command.
I could not locate any logs on the USB. I hope there are some since it says "Recorded Failures"
I have reviewed footage of the crash and it looks like a Kernel Panic.
So I made a video and attached a picture of the issue.

Steps for reproducing this issue:

1. Boot from USB with Secure boot disabled into Partition one (CSM/Legacy Support is disabled).
2. Welcome to SteamOS loads on CLI -> it goes through various things.
3. At some point it dumps a bunch of text looks like a lot of HEX => Reboots PC and repeats the process.
4. SteamOS Bootscreen mentions recorded failures after multiple tries.
