Description
If a Steam Machine/Steam Deck is connected to WiFi that has no connection, it will get stuck on a black screen if started up from shutdown. The black screen lasts from 3-6 minutes in my testing, even though the device is powered on. After that, it will be stuck on the sign in screen for a couple of minutes unless you open the ... Menu and turn off wifi completely. These issues happen whenever the device is connected to WiFi, but that wifi has no internet access.
To reproduce, connect device to WiFi that has no internet access, and restart the device.
