Please describe your issue in as much detail as possible:
Describe what you expected should happen and what did happen.
While having Overwatch (and presumably other FPS games) open in game mode, if you try to tab out to any other window the keyboard will work fine but the mouse won't be able to hover or click on anything other than the game. Ive tried this with both fullscreen and borderless settings.
Granted this is preferable to it losing tracking inside the game but still annoying.
Steps for reproducing this issue:
- Launch Overwatch in game mode
- open any other tab
- try clicking on something

Research direction
Reproduce the issue in SteamOS game mode with Overwatch, first in fullscreen and then borderless mode. Follow the listed steps by opening another tab and testing mouse hover and clicks; done means the mouse can interact with other windows while keyboard behavior remains working and in-game tracking is preserved.
