Please describe your issue in as much detail as possible:

When I try to wake my computer from sleep with a Bluetooth Gamepad (8BitDo Pro 3 in Dinput Mode) it does not work.

Steps for reproducing this issue:
  1. Install SteamOS on a computer that has an MSI B850M-A WIFI
  2. Update to the latest stable version 20260716.1 and pair Bluetooth gamepad to it.
  3. Turn on the controller and let it try to connect

Extra context: This gamepad (8BitDo Pro 3) is able to wake my Steam Deck OLED without issue so I am unsure why the same does not apply for my computer

Research direction

No source file, test, or code entry point is identified. Start by reproducing the wake attempt with the 8BitDo Pro 3 in Dinput mode on the listed MSI B850M-A WIFI system, using the specified SteamOS and kernel versions; done means the Bluetooth gamepad reliably wakes the computer from sleep.
