Ark perma-stalls when extracting large data files.

There's not too many ways to be overly descriptive here. In attempting to extract an archive from the Downloads folder to the game folder in which Morrwowind's Data Files are contained, Ark becomes unable to complete the task, instead becoming permanently candy striped and no progress is possible. It stalls at with no resolution.

Describe what you expected should happen and what did happen.

I expected it to extract the files to the directory. What it did was nothing.

Steps for reproducing this issue:

1. Extracting large zip file, in this case Tamriel_Data (2.2 GB) from Downloads to Steam Game file directory.
2. Staring at a candy striped progress bar forever.
3. Profit???

Start by reproducing the issue in Ark with the 2.2 GB Tamriel_Data archive, extracting from Downloads to the Steam game directory on SteamOS. No source files or tests are named; done means determining why the progress bar stalls and confirming that the archive completes extraction to the target directory.
