Please describe your issue in as much detail as possible:

I have a legion go S that I use for 2 use cases :

Low TDP @ 1280x800 when playing as a portable console
High TDP @ 1920X1080 when playing docked on a TV

Basically when plugging on the TV, I target 60 fps and I have to go in settings and fiddle with the TDP (and other settings by extension)

Research direction

Start by reading related issue #2611 and reproducing both portable and docked-on-TV use cases on SteamOS 3.8.14. Trace the existing Settings controls for TDP and display resolution, then define how TV connection should select presets and how completion can be verified without manual adjustment.
