Toy Soldiers (98300) Running great with a few issues

The main menu runs great and instantly recognizes my gamepad. When in-game the performance is perfect and it runs just fine. The issues I mentioned are as follows:

1. The loading screens are really sluggish and it freezes up several times. Can take about 5-10 minutes to load a level.
2. Oddly enough it seemed like I couldn't use mouse and keyboard in game even if the gamepad was unplugged. I could easily use mouse and keyboard in the menus however.

I also noticed that during the "first time setup" after installation it installed Games For Windows Live. Not sure if that had anything to do with the issues.

Unfortunately, I tried a few times to capture a proton log file with the long load times, but they always end up being larger than 10MB so I can't upload them.

If the load times were not so incredibly long, I'd be able to easily say that this title is whitelist ready.

Review the linked system information and reproduce the long level-loading freezes and the missing in-game mouse and keyboard input, noting the Games For Windows Live setup step. Compare the behavior with and without the gamepad and capture usable Proton logs; done means levels load normally and mouse and keyboard work in-game.
