Description
Compatibility Report
- Name of the game with compatibility issues: LEGO® 2K Drive
- Steam AppID of the game: 1451810
System Information
- GPU: RTX 3070
- Driver/LLVM version: nvidia 525.116.04
- Kernel version: 6.2.14-gentoo
- Proton version: Experimental bleeding edge (seems to happen to all versions I tested)
I confirm:
- that I haven't found an existing compatibility report for this game.
- that I have checked whether there are updates for my system available.
Symptoms
Game "launches" and does not actually start.
With PROTON_LOG=1 it produces millions of lines repeating the same message.
I have truncated the log to the first 5000 lines. Even after a few seconds running, it wrote more than 1 GB (>10 mio lines) of output with like the same ~20 lines repeating endlessly.

Research direction
Start by reviewing the attached steam-1451810.truncated.log and the reported Proton configuration for Steam AppID 1451810. Reproduce the launch failure with PROTON_LOG=1 and determine whether the repeated output identifies a focused subsystem to investigate. Done means LEGO® 2K Drive starts successfully without the runaway log output.
