Description
Pops up an error on launch, no visible window, despite being "running" according to Steam. The crash logs appear to indicate that a D3D11 error is responsible.
The same game runs flawlessly under Wine 3.0.2.

Research direction
Start by reading error.log and output_log.txt, then compare the launch failure with the stated Wine 3.0.2 behavior and the linked system specifications. Determine which Proton compatibility component produces the D3D11 error; done means the game launches with a visible window under Proton without the reported crash.
