Description
Proton: Proton Experimental
Game: Elder Scrolls Online but generally any game with a save or any form of clock.

The 12:47 is in-game time.

Research direction
No source file, test, or entry point is identified. Start by reproducing the CET/CEST discrepancy in Proton Experimental with Elder Scrolls Online, comparing in-game time with the host clock across daylight-saving time. Done means the game clock remains correct in both standard-time and daylight-saving periods.
