Research direction

Start by reproducing The Diofield Chronicle with Proton Experimental on the reported Fedora 37 KDE system and review the linked system information report. Investigate why the process exits immediately and why the requested Proton log is not generated; done means identifying a reproducible cause and confirming a compatibility fix or documented workaround.
