Symptoms
After logging into Ubisoft, the game opens a small black window and immediatley shows an error message saying:
"Corrupted Installation.
Please verify files integrity or reinstall the game."
I have done both several times with several Proton and Proton-GE versions, without change.

Launch fresh install of the game on same or comparable system.
