Symptoms

1. The movie of the game cannot be displayed, so that game menu won't show because of the movie , I can select "movie off" in environment setting to skip this and play the game, but it seems a common problem in game.
2. The background music and voice don't play at any time, but sfx is ok.
3. If I select "movie off" and go into the game, the screen will shake, unless I select a different resolution and change it back.

Reproduction

Movie cannot be displayed:

1. Open the game ( Which will open the launcher, language setting is on top right of the launcher)
   2.Start game, and it will stuck at black screen (Because the game movie cannot be displayed )

BGM and voice cannot play:

1. Open the game ( Which will open the launcher, language setting is on top right of the launcher)
2. Select setting and select "movie " to "off"
3. Start game, game menu displayed, but bgm and voice is not playing
