contain this feature already.
Description
Windows Graphics Capture (WGC) API support.
Currently apps that use WGC for example through uWindowCapture just crash when WGC apis are called.
Justification [optional]
Many VR Overlays like XSOverlay for example use WGC to allow you to display your desktop or specific windows while in VR.
Risks [optional]

Research direction
The request names Windows Graphics Capture (WGC), uWindowCapture, and XSOverlay but no Proton files or tests. Start by locating Proton's Windows graphics/API compatibility entry points and reproducing the reported crash with a WGC app; done means WGC callers no longer crash and desktop or window capture works for the cited VR-overlay use case.
