Symptoms
Game Largely Works just fine out of the box, the only issue is that the Reflections and Shadows are upside down. I think this means the depth buffer is flipped? but im unsure as to a way to remedy this, turning down the settings works around the issue by eliminating shadows and ini tweaks can disable reflections.
EDIT: Forcing TAA through ini flips the 3D output upside down entirely. Ive heard of this with Reshade with TAA flipping the buffer.
This does not appear in any of the game footage for players on Windows.
Happens with different proton/mesa version as well as WineD3D in both opengl and vulkan render mode. Also happens with AMDVLK and AMDGPU-Pro
Reproduction
Install game, set graphics to Ultra.

Research direction
No source file or test is named. Start by reproducing Traha Global with Ultra graphics under Proton 7.0-4, then compare the reported behavior across Proton, WineD3D OpenGL/Vulkan, AMDVLK, and AMDGPU-Pro. Done would mean identifying and correcting the rendering mismatch without relying on disabling shadows or reflections.
