Symptoms
The game starts, I can see the menu and configure parameters but when loading a game or starting a new one it doesn't work.
Reproduction
Start the game, go to the settings menu, activate raytracing, then start a new game or load, the game stops working.
- Edit1: Testing with proton 7.0-5 next I can confirm that the game works with raytracing activated, so the problem is in proton bleeding edge.

Research direction
Start by reproducing the reported failure in Crysis 2 Remastered (Steam AppID 2096600) with Proton Experimental bleeding edge, ray tracing enabled, and the listed launch variables. Compare the Proton bleeding edge log with the Proton 7.0-5 log, where the game reportedly works; done means starting or loading a game succeeds with ray tracing enabled.
