Symptoms
The game doesn't work via Proton (nor wine for that matter).
It start a command-line prompt, and then shortly crashes.
According to community-supported, protondb reports, the game was borked since 3 years ago. (No known states of the game working via Proton/Wine was reported before from my researches)
