Endless Legend (289130)

Game loads, and runs, and seems to work very well. Definitely playable. However, if I touch some of the menu options then it causes issues.

Examples:

• Enabling full screen seems to disallow disabling it again (option refuses to save). Once I've done this, the game will resize itself strangely and essentially become unusable
• Music disabled can then sometimes not be re-enabled

I've had mixed results trying to directly edit the Registry.xml file to restore things.

Edit: forgot to mention that the options menu doesn't always keep or save options that I set. Can click to turn full screen off again sometimes, but when I return to the menu it's back on. Same with at least one other option.

Also, I need to symlink the save games folder so that it doesn't get deleted when the game is removed or proton version is changed.

Start by reproducing the options-menu behavior on Arch Linux with Proton 3.7-3, checking fullscreen and music settings separately. Inspect the generated Registry.xml and the save-game location while changing options; done means the reported settings persist and the save-game behavior is understood or separately narrowed down.
