Description
all current proton versions including custom ones are effected
Replication
- have 2 monitors connected by display port on an NVIDIA GPU one 1440p native the other 1080p native
- open NVIDIA x server settings using sudo
- under X server display configuration click advanced
- click the 1080p native monitor
- set vewportin to 2560x1440
- close NVIDIA settings
- open steam and try to start any game
- it will fail to open after trying to sync to steam cloud
